Payments for this Reporting Project
The Pulitzer Center sends the funds for a reporting project to one person or to one organization/newsroom. Please designate who should receive the funds below. We will schedule the payments accordingly.

After two weeks of all paperwork forms being received, Pulitzer Center staff will then reach out by email through Bill.com or Trolley, to request the necessary payment information. These emails will usually go out days before the 15th or 30th of each month.

EX: AP should be Associated Press
Please indicate who the payment contact is below. Using the contact information you provide, we will send them an email inviting them into our bill.com/Trolley payment platform. This contact should be able to enter payment information and tax documents, such as a signed W-9 or W-8BEN-E, into our payment platform. Payment notifications will also be sent to them. Correctly identifying the payment contact here will help avoid a payment delay.

If you are a Campus Consortium Reporting Fellow email Libby Moeller at lmoeller@pulitzercenter.org Include "FLIGHT" in the subject line. In the body of the email, clearly state your dates in the field. If your plans change, you must notify us immediately.

Important Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pulitzer Center's ability to purchase insurance coverage may be limited.

If you traveling outside of your home country, the Pulitzer Center provides limited medical and related insurance, with a $1,000 deductible. If you wish to have additional coverage, then it is your responsibility. Our policy includes a $1,000 deductible and $100,000 additional AD&D benefit option. Once your insurance coverage is issued, it is very important to communicate any changes in travel dates to avoid unnecessary premium charges or loss of coverage.

If you would like travel medical insurance, please submit your information here.
